The Warner Hotel building, was built in 1908 by the Warner Brothers film company to house cast and staff, and acted as a Hotel until the 1970’s. From the 1970’s onward it fell into complete disrepair until Van Norman Developers bought the property in 2021 to restore it back into a functioning hotel. The original hotel consisted of 25 rooms 4 common bathrooms, dinning hall and kitchen. Finally, after more then 50 years of vacancy, the newly improved Hotel Warner will take the original floor plan of the hotel and combined every 2.5 rooms to make 1 suite, having a total of 11 suites. Rooms with vary in size and nightly cost. In addition, the Hotel Warner will have a large outdoor space great for events. There will also be a full bar restaurant that will enter off the alley side of the hotel.

The $1m effort was substantial, which included major structural upgrades and repairs. Entirely new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire supression systems were installed. Much care was taken to retain the original historic trim, windows, doors, flooring, and floor plan.
